What is HSSMS?

     High School Sports Marketing Service is the brain child of Victor Cephas Sr. who himself was a high school superstar in the Philadelphia area in his day. He went to college at Texas A&M in Kingsville on a basketball scholarship and from there played semi- pro basketball, where he was a player & coach for 12 years.

     Victor has been coaching in the Las Vegas area for the last 8 years. In 2004 he realized the the importance and the need to help our young  men & women continue their dreams of playing sports on a collegiate level while furthering their education. 

     Victor saw the growing need of not only helping the students, but their parent as well.  Imagine having someone out there who can explain the recruiting process to you and break down the barriers of the College Coaches you and/or your child into College.
